Privacy Policy

We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process, they are used for order confirmation and follow-up purposes only.

Social Sharing

We enjoy showing off your product and our craft to the world. It’s a great way to showcase our skills and send some of our followers and fans your way as well. We do this by taking photos and posting them online via Instagram or Facebook. Please be sure to notify us if you are not comfortable with us photographing and sharing your items socially. If you do not notify us, we will assume that we have your full permission to post photos of your items online.  We will take care in the timeframe we post so as not to spoil any surprises. 

Order Processing 

All items are custom or made to order. This means that it does take about 1-2 weeks to complete orders.  While we do try to stay within this timeline some items may be delayed due to order volume, scheduled events, or other factors out of our control. 

We always ask that if you need an order done sooner than our normal turnaround time to please us know the EXACT date when placing the order so we can make proper accommodations.  We reserve the right to charge a rush fee.

We have been hit by the supply chain issues the same as everyone else.  While this has mostly resolved by now, sometimes items or colors do go out of stock.  In the event this occurs we will make arrangements with you for a replacement selection. 

If you choose not to have your order shipped, then it must be picked up from the storefront within two weeks of completion unless other arrangements have been made.

Copyright/Trademark

Double L Embroidery will not use copyrighted images in any of our designs.  This includes, but is not limited to, Collegate/Professional sports teams logos, and Movie/TV Characters.

Provided Items

Double L Embroidery accepts provided items from our customers for customization.  We will handle your items with as much care as possible, but things happen, and we are not responsible for any damage to your items.
